One thing that I'm learning: when things are difficult, it's a good idea to practice simplicity. Keep things as un-complicated as possible and remember life's simple pleasures.
I'm learning to keep a candle flame of joy and hope burning as I go through these difficult days of trying to get some kind of reasonable handle on health issues without freaking out all the time.
I told myself today, while washing dishes, good health isn't worth being worried and stressed constantly. I have to do my best and let some of the rest of it go. I can't be one hundred percent one hundred percent of the time, but I can keep making goals to take care of myself, let all that worry fall away...
...and simply be.
