Today's prompt was to use white space in a layout. White space, of course, doesn't necessarily mean white. It means space that's empty of embellishment.

Fortunately, I took the Design Your Life class last Fall, and I learned a lot, plus I took away sketches, like this one, which I really love for its simplicity.

That sweetheart in those photos is my niece Olivia, my little brother's daughter. She's the closest I'll come to a daughter of my own, and I miss her every day.
