Okay, when the fuck did I get old?
Daniel just informed me that a remake of the 1984 movie Footloose is currently in pre-production, with Zac Ephron playing Ren McCormack.
Um...what?
Ladies and gentlemen, this is wrong on so many levels, I can barely form words.
How could a movie I loved so much I danced in the aisles during its closing scenes at 16 years old, be classic enough, old enough, ready for a remake?
What does that make me? Am I really teetering that close to the edge of cronehood?
I've always planned on growing old gracefully, even with settling into the new chapter of my life that is the 40's, but this?
This just makes me feel ancient.
